Since 2020, Mauricio Forero has led corporate strategy, financial management, and operational efficiency at Emporium Construction Corp., ensuring profitability, streamlined processes, and sustainable growth across residential, commercial, and government projects.
With a Master’s in Business Administration and Marketing, he brings a visionary approach to corporate leadership, construction management, and financial operations, driving high-impact decision-making and industry innovation. His strategic focus lies in optimizing investment resources to generate long-term value for clients and investors.
Previously, Mauricio played a pivotal role in market expansion and revenue growth in the remittance services sector across the United States and Latin America, holding senior management positions at International Money Transfers Express.
His expertise in financial strategy, corporate operations, and investment management continues to drive Emporium Construction’s success in a dynamic industry landscape.

Senior Engineer with emphasis and professional expertise encompasses forensic building evaluations, structural engineering design, roofing consultancy, and building envelope consulting services. He has substantial experience in contract negotiation, planning, design, and construction. His project portfolio includes single-family homes, multi-family units, commercial spaces, retail centers, medical facilities, hotels, assembly venues, industrial complexes, and emergency services facilities. He has worked with a diverse range of clients including public agencies, private enterprises, construction firms, and architectural practices, on projects ranging from 30,000 residential renovations to a 200 million wastewater treatment plant expansion. Rolando is our Structural Engineer and Forensic Manager.

Specializes in design development, project coordination, and stakeholder communication, balancing aesthetic excellence with functionality and efficiency. His role as a Project Manager has strengthened his ability to oversee planning, budgeting, and on-site coordination, optimizing resources and streamlining workflows.

Medal for distinguished services to the Colombian military forces, awarded by the Ministry of Defense of Colombia for services provided to the Colombian army in the area of civil engineering.
